The American flag is David's ultimate and daily inspiration. Old Glory symbolizes a new glory for him - as all his buildings and sites fly the American flag. He constantly looks for undervalued buildings that can be transformed into optimized mixed-use properties. Turn of the century and historic buildings are one of his main focuses.
